Changes in Policy Affecting New York Firms

This notice is intended for all New York law firms or attorneys practicing in New York courts.  Firms outside of New York are not affected.

In January 2015, founder and managing member Nicholas A. Battaglia, Esq. was appointed to the New York State Supreme Court, Greene County, as senior law clerk to Justice Lisa M. Fisher.

As a result, any law firm or attorney receiving services from NAB Legal Marketing, LLC who is practicing in the State of New York who could be before our chambers will result in a conflict of interests.  Since the New York State Supreme Court is a court of general jurisdiction with concurrent jurisdiction of almost every single court in the state–from Town and Village Justice Courts to Surrogate’s Court–this would preclude all attorneys or law firms practicing in any New York court.

Therefore, we regret to inform all New York all firms and attorneys seeking our services that we are precluded from providing you content.  The only New York firms and attorneys we are authorized to provide services to are those who are recused from appearing before our chambers.

We apologize for this inconvenience.
